Where do I send my documents for verification?

The are two options for sending in your documents.

  1. You can upload the documents by going to our website and logging to the your AvaTrade account. Once you have logged in to the website, go to the 'Upload Documents' section. Please make sure that the documents are saved in the correct format and that your file name ONLY contains letter or numbers. Any other spacing will be invalid.
     
  2. You may send the documents by email to our Customer Support email address customer@avatrade.com.

 Please note: We cannot accept documents hosted on cloud services
